Had a good experience at the Holyoke location. Was seen in a timely matter. The optician was awesome and very accommodating. Staff was friendly.

Had an issue with the frames, but they promptly ordered a new one and transferred the lenses

The office is very nicely organized with a beautiful frame selection to view. The staff are super efficient and friendly. The doctor was really nice.

I was super nervous to get this operation done. I was assured that there was risk but that I would be okay — better in fact. That if everything went well, I’d be able to see even better than with my glasses or contact lenses. That was in fact true. I am still in recovery and I see glare at night with lights but it is getting better everyday, and something I was told would happen in recovery. I see better everyday, and even the day of the operation I was seeing; the next day I was seeing 20/20. I still cannot believe this. Best money spent and I can’t recommend it enough — along with the support I received before DURING and afterwards. Thank you so much for changing my life.

Yes they do
Eye exam cost varies depending on how extensively you want testing, regular exam is around $100. They have 2 other testing modules and would be additional to the regular exam cost...for $180 they have a trio of tests that checks for glaucoma & other eye health issues, the other testing procedure is for eye tracking movements and costs around $130-$150. The eye tracking test is useful if you've ever had a traumatic brain injury or concussion. Glasses depends on what add ons you get but can be as much as $400-500. They also have a large selection of frames that you can pick from that they can have ready in 1 hour. These aren't anything fancy but I found a descent pair that they put my prescription in for $160...the "emergency" frames don't have the add on options like scratch/glare resistance or sunglass mode so run cheaper.
