I bought an Osburn pellet stove at the end of last fall from Long Pond Hearth & Home, it worked well for about a month and the pellets started jamming. The owner decided to replace the stove with another of the same variety. The new one lasted roughly a month and it too started jamming up on pellets. I was told it needed to be "cleaned" after a 1 month life span. Then I was told it was cheap pellets (tractor supply pellets), then when my pellet stove jammed on pellets alone again I was told it needed to be cleaned again and I needed smaller pellets. Finally I had a contractor from Preston Trading Post come and examine the stove and he said it was poorly designed and would continue to jam up on pellets. Osborne has been no help and they are located in Canada so they appear to have no interest in fixing this situation. My pellet stove that was supposed to last for 10 or more years didn't make it one season. I recommend you get a pellet stove that does not need to be cleaned several times in the first season of use and buy your stove from a store that sells local brands.
