We purchased the large spa with waterfall from Spa Manufacturers in Clearwater and would like to thank everyone, including the sales person and the men who delivered it. They showed their courtesy and professionalism in the presentation and sales, paying attention to answering all our questions. We are now enjoying the spa and would recommend Spa Manufacturers to anyone planning on purchasing a spa.

Normally, I don't write many reviews, but I feel I had to say something to warn customers of the possiblility that this company will not honor the warranty that they sell with their spas. I had this spa made for me, and I only enjoyed it for about a year when the termastat started sticking at 106 degrees. I called the company and notified them of the problem and gave them my days off so someone could come look at my spa. Instead of coming on my day off, they came on a Tuesday and I was at work. They wouldn't fix it unless I was present to pay them $125 service fee, and they left without fixing my spa. I have called several times and left many messages. Now, I am going to have to use a 3rd party and pay to have my spa fixed, since they are not honoring their warranty. Buyer beware, spend your money elsewhere.

We had our spa for a week and a leak was suspected. Debra called on a Sunday to check status. Matt came Monday morning and fixed a minor leak in the waterfall. Excellent customer service and follow-up. Thank you Debra.

Yes, they sell to the public. I have been dealing with them for a few years now on items purchased, and they are reasonable, fair, and professional. They take pride and their products. I highly recommended. Carla is a great person to work with and will treat you right and fairly.
Yes, they gave me free delivery and install, only thing you need is to have an electrician run power if you dont already have it set up, even though they are "portable" units they need to be hardwired

I don't have a manual for mine either, which makes it impossible to trouble shoot. So far that's been my only disappointment, especially now that I'm having problems. Just left a message with them so hopefully I get a call back.
I have a spa and it has an air blower so I assume most all have the option, but best check with Spa Manufacturers.

They can actually order you something called a walk on cover. They are pretty strong.
Each spa has there own electrical control box located inside the front of the cabinet.
We financed through Wells Fargo. Wendy was our sales agent. She was very helpful with the whole process.
I purchased it when I purchased the hot tub. It has a 20-year / 10 year warranty on parts and labor. If you choose to purchase from them they can show it to you before you buy. I just had some Jets replaced in mine after five years and they were replaced for free. They had gone bad because I had done the chemicals incorrectly. Now that I know how to do the chemicals right they should last me at least twice as long
