Had an inspection done on my car and they came back with a price of over 1000 without labor for the service that I needed. I called a nearby shop that I have gone to in the past and they quoted me 700 with labor for the service . Big difference. Not saying that you should not go to them cause they treated us with respect but you should definitely ask around before going there.

Came here and was assured taking the screw out of my tire would take roughly an hour to an hour and a half. Three hours later it got finished. Not only did it take away from time I could have spent at work but I was not the only customer waiting for SIMPLE repair orders to be completed. I also was completely ignored when I arrived for my appointment. One of the front staff said, “I was so focused on my computer I didn’t even see you standing there”. This Firestone is a joke.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE. The mechanics their are thieves and do terrible work. I bought a car there and it was almost brand, new just to do the brakes and my car was never the same after. My car kept making a clunking noise I called corporate and complained, I bought my car back and the brake pads that they placed on my car were falling off. I had to bring my car back there four times just for a brake job. Another manager there talked me into buying tires that I did not need. He is a liar, the mechanics there are liars, they do not have any mechanic skills. This is the worst place you can never bring your car to. This place is a rip off. Buyer beware do not bring your car there.
