It is impossible to get through to them. No one answers calls nor return calls. They are working on quantity versus quality care. Tons of patients always packed waiting area. Multiple appointments with no accomplishments. Billing and billing the elderly.

Office staff is terrible. I started calling in February for an appointment, spent two month try to speak with someone to make an appointment. Front desk picked up the phone and put me right on hold and then hanging up on me. I kept trying over and over so I got tired and decided to reach my health insurance rep to change me to another provider. But for some reason, they said I have to go to Prado Vision. I tried one more time for few days and finally someone decided not to leave me on hold, I guess I was lucky that day. The girl was a little rude it made not feel good about making an appointment but I did because I was desperate to have my vision checked. The appointment was made three months in advance. Today, I called to cancel the appointment and to make sure they have my name down for my appointment. Since nobody call me, texted or emailed me for a confirmation, it made me feel curious if I ever had that appointment. I called several times and as soon the lady picked up put me on hold. I was decided to speak to someone. I just had surgery few days ago and with terrible pain and did not sleep last night. So, when the lady picked up I started to tell her to stop hanging up the phone on me, so I guess I caught her attention. I asked her if I was down for today, she said yes. I wanted to know if she had me down since I did not receive a confirmation. I told her that I was canceling the appointment that I just had surgery and did not feel good. So I told her that I wanted to make an appointment, she told me I had to wait until October. I declined the appointment because it was too far and I was already fed up with this kind of patient treatment. After reading all reviews it appears I am not the only one who had this kind of unpleasant experience. Stay away from them, for me this is a sign that I should not intent to go there anymore.

The ladies who work at the reception are very rude, their attention to the public is ZERO! They treat you as if you were begging for money. I remind you that NOBODY goes to a doctor for pleasure, goes for a need. Dr. Prado is a reflection of what you see in the front desk, he had no empathy explaining the surgery and its risks. I would not go back to this place, nor would I recommend it!

The doctor is very professional but the people working in his office needs professional training. They hung up on the patients calling and when you think it happens by accident and call again they pick up the phone and leave it off the hook. My mother has been calling every day for the past two weeks with no luck. After surgery in one eye her vision is not clear and it hurts reason why she needs to see a Dr but it’s impossible. I will not recommend this place!!!
