This review is not for the doctor who is extremely nice and knowledgeable. This review is for the office staff and the appointment system. We have been patients here for more than 2 years. Our little one loves the doctor and we never missed a yearly check-up. However, even if our upcoming checkup is at the end of the year, we have some concerns about her vision. I called as an established patient, hoping to be fit in since we have concerns. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and scoffed when I told her that I want an appointment before the school starts 10 days from now. She also told me that the soonest they can get me is a month from now. I was extremely disappointed - I am a concerned parent, we have been patients here for years, yet I get this type of treatment? I will take my business elsewhere because I cannot wait that long and I have already found another office which scheduled me right away.

My 6 year old daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Bright Eyes Kids. Can I admit to being the one who previously took a child to Walmart? Anyway... the examination was so thorough, so peaceful, plenty of dialogue between the staff and my daughter whom was the client. Most children are not fans of having to wear glasses, but Penelope exited with confidence and a smile. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful.

Excellent service and fantastic selection for my daughter with Down Syndrome. We suffered with selection at other eyewear locations around town until we finally ran into Bright Eyes. Not only was the service from them terrific but from then on, our daughter has been able to get eyewear that not only fits her unique personality, but helps her see the world as she should despite her special needs.
