Absolutely horrible experience. The receptionist in one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken with. Very demeaning and off putting. Please be very careful before going to this practice. They are deceitful. I went in for a physical, they told me they accepted my health insurance and only later did I receive a bill for a annual physical covered in my annual premiums. They claim that they are unable to tell you whether or not they accept your specific health insurance plan. (Even though we checked with them ahead of time about taking our plan which means they either lied to me at first to get my business or lied to me after they billed me). When I called to dispute it, they said they would never tell a patient ahead of time whether or not they accept a persons insurance. Why would you ever go to a PCP that wont confirm that they take your insurance, especially for a once a year physical? You wouldn’t! Now they be been trying to bully me by threatening to put me in collections over $48. These are not very nice people, you should stay far away from this practice.

I called today Thursday, April 7th to make an appointment w/ dr. Albanese and the receptionist said that she couldn’t see me until may. I had fallen the day before and needed to see my doctor. The receptionist was very mean and rude on the phone with me and I told her so.I asked her name and she hung up on me.It is very bad practice to have someone answering the phone who is so rude to the patients. This is not the first time having a bad experience with the staff. I haven’t been able to see my doctor for the last two times. I am not one to run to the doctor for minor things. I wish to find another doctor.

The doctors are great the office workers are terrible. They don’t pick up the phone, they keep you waiting a very long time till the pick up the phone, nasty and unpleasant. Being a long time patient, I see a deterioration in kindness at this office. The doctors I see are wonderful, the office staff should be the same.
