We accept every insurance except Medicaid and Obama Care. We do ask the patient to call the customer service number on the back of their insurance card, and give them our National Provider Number 1033160908 to make sure we are on the specific plan that they signed up with. Or you can contact us directly for assistance.
I have Medicare and AmeriHealth. You can call and ask.
