Our furnace was acting up and wasn’t staying on, and it was 2 degrees that morning so the house was getting really cold. We called the emergency service number and a technician was here within 30 minutes at 8am on a Saturday. He identified and fixed the problem within an hour. It’s really nice to know we have this service available when we need it!
