I have only been to one training session, but Vak is definitely someone I would want to train with again. He is very forward with his students and he loves to push them to their limits even if they don't think they can push any more. It is definitely a tougher gym than others I have been however it is definitely worth the experience. Whether your goal is to compete or train for self defense this class is definitely one I recommend.
