This place flat out doesn’t care about their patients. Last month my wife was sick and called 1st thing in the morning only to wait 45mins for someone to pick up the phone to say a nurse will call you back. 1hr later nurse calls back to triage and says they they have zero openings this week(it was a Monday) at any time at any office and that she should go to the urgent care if she wants to see a Dr. Fast forward to today. Nurse calls and informs my wife that the physical that she booked 5 months ago is canceled because the dr was not a available. Meanwhile this appointment was booked nearly 6months ago. After going back in fourth their only answer was to visit another Dr at another office in 2 months. Bottom line is this place sucks and we will be looking for a office that cares about their patients

Had years of good treatment here. Not sure what happened but all my good Dr.'s left within 6 months of each other. The ones I have been given since-- I haven't even seen. It's either a NP or they have to send me elsewhere. Recently was sent to their urgent care in Springfield to be seen, they made me stay in my car and told me if I got worse to go to the ER. Who told me to see my PCP. UC sent notice to my PCP that I needed to be seen and after thirty minutes on the phone a week later I was told I'd have to go to a different location and the call was then disconnected. So now I have no one willing me to see me when I am need of medical care. The ONE star is for the ONE specialist I have there that hasn't left "yet!" My advice- don't walk... RUN. I just found one of my old Dr.'s at their new practice. THEY can get my insurance.
