I'm trying to reinstate my Mass license... but I need to take care of CT license situation 1st...need proof of paperwork...mind U...it's been 17+yrs since I had a CT license which I turned n to get my MA license...CT doesn't recognize the reference# MA gave me for them... don't recognize my SSI #/DOB... nothing...how can I take care of CT license matter...??? # I was given to call...tells me to go online... online tells me to call... Follow the dmv site's recommendation and make sure you print out all the appropriate paperwork and fill it out, double check it and put it in an envelope thats clearly labelled. If you go to Enfield, the officers outside the door will direct to which box to put your paperwork in.

Go to the Enfield DMV. Go thru the door on the right. Get a number from the "triage" (typically) lady. Be complete. If the car was "bought at auction from my step dad..." just tell the person handing out the numbers. I did security at this place. It's my favorite dmv.
