Came here with my friend on a friend pass and Loree (the receptionist ) wanted to take my picture , and when I declined she caught an attitude and said “well it is in our policy , and when I just decided to leave then she was said she will ask her manager it’s fine” when I came back she was watching me and my friend everywhere I go . She came back to where I was and told me I couldn’t work out due to me having crocs on. I had shoes in the car but I decided not to go back in due to me having the feeling of being followed and watched like I’m a child. I decided to call and ask for her manager and she told me he was busy . I asked what was his name and she laughed. It felt like me and my friends were being racially profiled

It's a small gym but good air quality and nice people work there , all I really need is dumbells and I'm satisfied, but they also have a good treadmill room with matts for abs . So not bad for a local gym. And the gym is really clean, to the point where i see them constantly wiping dust off machines, which is a plus.

I was a loyal customer for years. I had to stop going due to two back surgeries. My wife and son joined and after one session my son didn't want to return. He's 16. My wife had been there a TOTAL of TWO TIMES. She went there to cancel her membership and was told she had been charged the annual fee of 80.00 dollars. She told the employee to immediately cancel her membership. The employee told her that her membership was cancelled and my wife left. WELL months later my wife found out that Planet fitness was still charging her. I went with her and spoke with the manager who BASICALLY called my wife a lier. They said they had no record of her coming in. BS. They refused to return her money. THEY know everyone who walks through that door. They knew she hadn't been there in months. I am on social security disability and this was hard on us financially. I called the regional manager who was LESS THAN HELPFUL. I am writing this because I just read where this happened to other people. BE WARNED. AVOID PLANET FITNESS

Small dated location.Staff was friendly though and able to get in a decent workouts Definately needs updating though.
