I do not work at Fiddleheads. However, I'm a frequent customer, which is why I assume they sent me the question! I'm a vegetarian, so I do not eat bone broth, however, when I am certain that I did see organic bone broth at Fiddleheads this past week I hope that helps! looking for my vegetarian broth

On occasion they have offered classes on healthy eating. I find the internet offers a host of websites that have fantastic recipes including the ingredients you mention. Lorna Sass published an excellent cookbook, "Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure," which has a lot of bean, whole grain and vegetable dishes, her best book I think. Probably can check this book out of the library and you can convert these recipes to regular cooking if you do not own a pressure cooker. YouTube is also another great resource....best of luck to you!

We have Divina mixed olives with oil and herbs you can purchase prepacked by weight, and we may expand our selection in the future, but we do not have a salad bar at this time.

We do not have canned lychee, and we carry fresh lychee when we can get it, usually during the summer, but not at this time.
