This dealership was a pleasure to deal with. First time lease and everyone was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Many thanks to Jadyn for handling the test drive, showing us the different 2022 models, and answering questions on different features. And to Sales Manager Chris for his patience in running different lease scenarios on different vehicles and ultimately finding us the exact Q5 that we wanted. So I left my almost perfect 2009 4.2 S5 with Hoffman Audi of New London to get the upper and lower control arms done. Car has less than 43,000 on the clock and has been meticulously maintained and kept in a heated garage never seeing the weather in New England. When I got the car back two weeks later it looked like they washed it with a Brillo pad. They agreed to fix it but only buffed the paint to cover up the scratches. When I told them I wasn’t happy, their service manager said he was sorry but I’m on my own and they would do nothing else to fix what they destroyed. I saved for years to buy that car serving in Iraq and everywhere else the Marines thought to send me. I love that car and what Hoffman Audi did to it is beyond frustrating.

Practices are good but don't let them stick you with a $700 document fee. The RMV/DMV is backed up and its on you to print out new temp plates every 14 days. I bought my car from here in December and (now in April) I am still dealing with the registration paperwork! I would wait to buy a car.
