Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I received a text indicating furniture delivery would be afternoon of the day I had requested, made plans for the day accordingly and then received another text that time was now a morning delivery. Calling Bobs customer service, they have no ability to change this since it is through a 3rd party. I have always used a local furniture store and received very personal service but chose Bobs this time because of their inventory and didn't have time to wait for custom furniture at the local store (same price, FWIW) and now totally regret this. Do not buy from Bob's, Buy Local -- I will forever after.

Big Country

I’m a big (and tall) guy and I needed a big man’s recliner. Of the 4 stores I shopped at, Bob’s was the only one that had a power recliner that fit and worked for me. In my opinion it’s not super stylish but it’s not ugly either. Bottom line is it’s comfortable, was under $900 and was in stock. I gave four stars because they only had one style (as far as big/tall), the chair needs to be away from a wall by quite a bit and they wanted $149 for delivery which was a bit excessive considering it wasn’t a huge box and it was easy to assemble.

Everyone was wonderful our saleswoman was great at helping us pick out the perfect sofa. Even when it came to financing we were approved before we went to the store but we were able to go over the details of the order and when it was delivered. Haven't gotten new furniture in 12 years we were way overdue.
