You will be given a price quote based upon the design you want, and usually a per hour amount. Mine was under budget, but also worth every dollar! Remember to tip your artist!
16 with passport or photo ID of some kind and parent or guardian with ID they must stay with the client while getting the tattoo. Or 18 but still with photo ID.
