Went here right after my fathers funeral. Came in and was told by other staff that the wait would be a few minutes. As I was waiting the server Denise came up to me and said if I didn't have a reservation, I will not be seated. I told her the staff said no reservation required and a table was being cleaned for me. As she was barking at us another staff member interrupts her and says my table is ready. First off, this place is not fine dining. Reservation needed???lol You can't be serious. We sat and waited 15 minutes then Denise comes up to us barking again. "See I told ya to go somewhere else!!!! We don't have time to serve you two!!! I told her, I just buried my father today. I'm a peaceful person. I didn't come here for such service. Denise then says I don't care that your father died! just leave! I don't want to serve you guys!!!! We don't have time to serve you type of people! What type of people? Us being Latin? but yet your staff cleaning tables are my people! We calmly stood up and exited but before I did leave I spoke with the manager who seemed as he could care less. I believe she is a family member and a RACIST!!!! Denise is a awful human. Oh, FYI I will inform Englewood Carriage House of your services since you are listed on the recommendation. You should not be!

I consider myself a pizza connoisseur and Ralph's ranks high on my NJ pizza list. Nice thin crust with very good ingredients. Understands not to under cook the pizza. Very friendly and hard working staff. Worth the trip.
