The doctor's demeanor is as cold and uninviting as his office. Around Xmas his office decor consisted of two sad dollar store decorations, old looking cheap chairs/TV and a few piles of dusty magazines sitting on the window sill. DEPRESSING AS HELL!! Heat is on at a bare minimum. How does that benefit already sick people? A patient CAN'T get a refill on a prescription without coming in; so much for current technology. This is how I was given the results of the far from exact Cologuard Test. ( the straw that broke the camel's back). His office called and said to make an appointment to discuss the test results with Dr. Gentile despite Cologuard stating that test results are given via phone. After going around in circles and insisting that I be given MY test results, I received a short extremely unprofessional call from the doctor stating that I had colon cancer and that I had been notified. (Click) Guessing he was annoyed because I wouldn't make an appointment and said I'd be getting a second opinion. (too bad) According to Cologuard the test results aren't broken down into the areas tested; just positive or negative. That doesn't make any sense. I will be addressing this concern but wanted to take this opportunity to let people know if you're looking for a kind compassionate doctor KEEP ON LOOKING BECAUSE IT'S NOT HERE!! Update - the problem was caused by hemorrhoids..."physician heal thyself"😞

Nurse uses foul language with talking to patients. And the doctor allows her to do so. This place is full of clowns. Don't go here unless u want to be disrespected. But when you gice back to them your the problem. Find another doctor.

I read other patients reviews n I shake my head in disbelief.. I met Dr.Gentile n his staff about 2yrs ago n have had nothing short of an amazing visit from the first time there.People complain that it looks old, I’m not there to get interior decorating tips,I’m there bc I’m sick, n helps me along w his staff..I sign in n have a vry pleasant conversation w all the ladies n joke around bk n forth bc I’m a bit of a clown, I smile they smile n it’s great! I’m actually in no rush to see the dr bc I enjoy talking to all of them.Whn I do finally see Dr.Gentile, which is literally only minutes wait, we have a conversation about life n whatever’s on r minds. I even forget y I’m there,n then we get to business! The Doc has helped me w whatever the issue was at the time n like I said, I really do enjoy talking to him..We joke around n make each other laugh n they call me the HULK bc of my muscles,lol.. He’s a very nice guy, I got a good vibe the first visit n jus kept going bk.. Sorry to say I recently moved outta NJ, so he n his staff are missed by me, I visited b4 I left n they sent me off saying they’ll miss me too, that’s a very caring drs office! Whn I do visit bk home I have every intention on stopping by n saying Hello!! Doc, Ladies, jus saying hi n ur missed!!

I have known Dr. Gentile as my mother PCP since I was 7 years old. Now in my adult years - he’s my doctor. He’s very knowledgeable, warm, funny, makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended doctor. Also it goes without saying he’s got the many many years of experience under his belt. And that’s the doctor I want to go to - every time
