Super friendly staff. They know their animals very well. They have fenced areas where you can meet a potential pet and even bring your current pet to meet the new one. We adopted Blue aka Kaia now and it was a great experience

Adopted previously from Save a Dog. The first time I adopted three years ago from them was a great experience. This time not so much. Nine days to get an update just to be told the pup was adopted the previous week.. It's about time you stop using Covid as an excuse for poor communication. I would pick another rescue for your donations.

Through and professional! Took great pride in their passion! Definitely recommend them as a choice when looking to adopt!

Had a lovely conversation with Save a Dog as we are planning an adoption soon. I also love that this shelter is holistically minded and doesn’t advocate for unnecessary vaccinations. I wish there were more like this!

Save a dog is participating
The hours are listed on their website
They host meet and greets where you will be able to go and meet the dogs of your choice, they are all about making sure the dog and people the dog will be living with are a good fit. Keep your heart and mind open and like me you may be surprised. I went in to meet one dog and left later that day with a dog I didn't even know was available for adoption. I 100% recommend Save a Dog for an adoption service if you're looking for a new furry friend. Maki, my dog, is so polite and well mannered. she really is the perfect dog for me.
It's by appointment only.
All sizes & types. As others have suggested look at their website or if you already are looking on Petfinder the have a section there as well
Call them they are very well informed on animal nature
I don't know. Call Save a Dog
Natalia - their website is pretty good, has info on the dogs they have that are looking for homes and their requirements. If you see a dog that would be a good fit for you, you can submit an application and visit the dog at a meet and greet. If it works out then you'll find out and be able to pick up the dog shortly. We saw a dog, filled out the application, met the dog on Saturday and had our new pet Sunday (but we'd adopted there before, if you're new to them they probably need to check references). Good luck!
Yes they do. Hmm..not sure. Call and ask
The human society in Bedford nh could tell you rescue organizations. Good luck
I am not sure how much you pay for adoptions here, perhaps $100. But I suggest that you call them at the number they have here, go to this facility in person so they can answer all your questions or check their website for more information.
I believe it is $250-350. They have immunizations & are spayed/neutered. If you adopt a puppy or kitten too young to be spayed or neutered, then you receive money back from them when you get the animal fixed. They do not give free food & pads because they are a non-profit organization & they count on public donations to help with feeding & vet bills themselves.
