Fast and efficient service as you would expect from BMW. Booking the service appointment (with a Loaner) online was easy and was done through the MyBMW app. The team did the intake for my appointment on time and I was talking to Service Advisor Oulay within 10 mins. Oulay did a great job explaining to me the next dates for scheduled service and if my CPO/Care+ warranty covered them. Oulay also did the legwork and claim papers to get my Wheels serviced from DentGuard. The service team kept me updated via text messages regarding their progress. My X2 was ready within the quoted time. The team did a great job with the interior and exterior detailing work. The wheels look brand new. I love the way my car looked when I picked it up. This is now where I'll go every time for service.

I've had very good experiences Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. This most recent time surpassed my previous experiences, which surprises me because Mackenzie was so good to work with the last few times I was in, and this time I had the opportunity to work with Ethan. He is responsive and helpful, and his level of care and inordinate compassion comes through even in a brief text message. Well done, Ethan. Well done, BMW Sudbury for having such a great staff. Please, keep it up! In addition, the video reports are great (thank you) and the service team really seems to know what they're doing. The complementary wash is an added touch though it's too bad a bird decided to dive bomb my windshield during what appears to be the time the car was washed and when it has handed over to me. I'll take it as a sign of good luck.

We arrived without an appointment and a very busy Saturday afternoon after checking out the same sort of vehicle at another Herb Chambers dealership. The sales manager was able to direct us to Wilson. Wilson was extremely helpful, pleasant and put us at ease. We were shopping for a car for our teenage son and we’re there to specifically look at a used Ford. Wilson provides the same level of help and engagement as if we were at the dealership for one of the high end BMW’s everywhere around us. The finance team was efficient, professional, and low key; no pressure tactics anywhere in the process from time walked in the door until we completed the purchase. A very easy transaction and despite the dealership being 60 miles from our home, we will be back for another purchase
