After celebrating 20 years of marriage, I wanted to upgrade my wedding band/engagement ring setting. Over the past few weeks I've been perusing your online website getting ideas. Having narrowed it down to 3-4 designs, I went to the Sudbury location late Saturday afternoon to see them in person. I went by myself, and was apprehensive initially walking in...a bit intimidated at the process. After being introduced to Jamie, she made me feel comfortable as I tried to explain the type of rings that had caught my interest online. Within 15 minutes I had narrowed down down my choices to two...and she allowed me the time to deliberate the minor differences between them, without feeling pressured. She then helped me with sizing, and after being consulted, the jeweler recommended a different prong setting for my own diamond that was being reset into the new rings, so that it was displayed properly. I appreciated his input and expertise. I'm excited to pick up my new rings, and the additional bonuses being 1. there was a 15% off sale going on and 2. they'll be ready within 48 hours (Monday afternoon.) I feel very satisfied at the value of my purchase. Thank you!

Sanitize, sanitize, sanitize! Everyone wearing masks and maintaining safe distance. There were also glass dividers between guests and sales personnel. They were extremely careful and cleaned every surface after any contact at all. I felt very safe when I visited.
