They were knowledgable about the stuff that I brought in, identifying it correctly. Most of it sold. I was not notified to pick up my unsold stuff nor do they mail the checks from sales. I luckily called them. Some bookkeeping is wrong and no calls have been returned. And in a pandemic, mask wearing was not consistent. Some good finds are available to shoppers.

I brought them all my best items. I thought it could be a good move during a pandemic. I was sooooo wrong. Their checks expire. I could not have predicted all the trauma and health issues I have endured. I contacted them to find out about payment. The information I received back was not accurate. They do not contact you about the expiration. Now I am out hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise. They don't care about your health issues. I like to patronize fair businesses. Sellers beware. She said that the expiration issue is mentioned in the contract. Contracts are supposed to be reasonable to be legal, business law 100. During a pandemic there should be exceptions. I do not know how it is okay to conduct business this way. I think a tag sale is a better way to go. What a waste of time, money, etc. Don't people believe in karma? People are more valuable than stuff. I really hope the people who bought all of my stuff enjoy it. However, the karma attached to it is not good because of the greed that is intrinsic in the policies.

They’ve got great stuff and good prices. Not all staff aren’t wearing masks as of January 2021. Noses hanging out, which if that’s the case, might as well take it off entirely. It’s a shame it’s not a safe place to go anymore. I’ve asked them to wear properly and masks were pulled up but next time I went in, noses hanging out. Too bad.

Good merchandise. Staff was indifferent to me. I think its common courtesy to acknowledge and welcome new customers. Staff was talking to each other, but never made eye contact or communicated.

Fifty percent, but price is reduced over time.
I don't think they take large items like sofas. Possibly smaller items. Just give them a call. They're very friendly.
