New girl with ring in her nose this morning Very unfriendly She looked very unhappy normally everyone at this location is very cheerful when they greet me Had to ask her to repeat my order when I got to the window because she got it wrong and was telling me it was correct another employee had to come fix order for her

They straight up can't make a Caramel Macchiato. Every other one I order is completely bitter and not sweet in the least. The first time I tried to order it with extra sugar, they warned me it was already sweet. Now they cant make one with sugar added taste sweet. Total waste of $6.

Best Starbucks around. I drive way out of my way to go to this one. When you ask for extra toppings they actually give them to you every time. Other Starbucks do it about 40% of the time

This place is so slow compared to every other store in the area. And they struggle getting the correct size of drink. But after waiting so long you don’t have time to let them remake them. It’s been months now, so I don’t think it’s trainees.
