Stopped by this evening as we recently moved to the area and wanted a quick meal. We were placing an order for 5 people and grant it 1 one order was specific because he's a very picky eater. We made the request as we do at all Wendy's and never had an issue before tonight. The lady over drive-thru was Rude and Unprofessional and seemed as if she didn't want to be bothered so she refused to continue our order. I kean how difficult is to make a Baconator with only meat, cheese, pickles, BBQ sauce, and mustard. We will definitely NEVER be back to this location. I tired calling to speak with the shift manager and of course the phone just rang.

I went out to get food for myself and my partner. The girl working in drive thru was so nice. To get good customer service at all, much less late at night is so rare. I want to thank her for her kindness.

If I could give this location zero stars I surely would, I did a mobile order and part of my order included 10 pcs original nugget meal with bacon baked potato as my side, let me also say it was 11 at night so my daughter picks up the order and when she gets home it’s a 10 spicy meal with fries. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone and we couldn’t take it back because she had already told me how long the line was so instead I only ate the fries and drank my drink but the nuggets I gave to my dog the next morning. This isn’t the first time that ordering through the app has gone wrong the problem is you can’t ever reach anyone in the phone because they just let it ring, ring and ring. I like the deals that Wendys have but they don’t need the app if they are just going to give you what they want you to have. Not too mention I paid extra for the baked potato as my side but I didn’t get it at all. Just sad.

Ate here for lunch on 2/14/20. Convenient location and friendly staff. Food order was correctly prepared, delicious and hot. Very close, just north of, Six Flags and professional sports venues. 4 stars only because the drive through layout seemed poorly designed and traffic in the parking lot was awkward. Also the tops of the dining room tables were a little dirty and needed to be washed off when we visited. We had to clean ketchup off ours off before we sat down.
