Don't even want to give a 1 star. Customer on foot at window in drive-tru. Poor communication amongst employees. Another manager on phone drinking smoothies and eating while at the window.. Spent over 45 minutes in drive through for my food to be cold and not correct. I asked them to change it and the replacement food was still cold and burger was not made right. While in process of changing my food 1 manager left and another arrived but previous manager did not Communicate that I was waiting on my order until he came to window and asked himself. Food is not appealing nor was I even interested in eating it when I got home so I'll be returning it later today. I'm over this facility and think everyone reading this needs to be over it as well! I will be posting everywhere possible about this horrible locating and feel like retraining is in order for this facility for all. I'm thinking I need to contact outside source due to the lack of interest in procedures when it come to eating and drinking at window while handling other food. Should have taken photos of other manager eating and drinking at window. All of the times I have gone to pick up my mobile orders they have tried to charge me twice, at this point I'm thinking they are trying to have people pay extra to account for all of the food they stand around and eat and drink!

Zero stars. Night staff is horrible. Pointing all out in this review: 1. After the order was taken on the drive thru, the individual taking the order said "go ahead". No politeness at all. 2. The mc chicken's handed to me were cold. I threw them , as I don't even know when it was made. 3.the staff needs to be trained, this is not the way you run a business. Please do not go there at all.

I ordered a large mocha frappe with one cookie crumbles on top. I asked 3x when it was handed to me, and the idiot had the nerve to say it was mixed in the frappe. Well it shouldn't be because that's why it's called oreo topping. He smiled at me and shut the window.

Long hair found in my large fries I am beyond disgusted and will never be coming to this establishment again. Never really had the best experience with this specific McDonald's but this was the last straw. Please use caution when purchasing from this establishment. Update: went back to get a refund and the manager had the worst attitude, did not care that hair was in my food and did not give me a full refund. I will be calling corporate 1st thing in the morning. If you have any run-ins with an Asian man that looks like he's a manager, please report him to corporate.
