Do not stay here!!!!! My husband and I stayed for our wedding night and now miraculously we have bed bugs. The hotel staff also charged my card for $500 that I had already paid, then assured me it was canceled and the transaction wouldn’t go through, only for it to appear on my statement days later and I had to call AGAIN for a refund. Breakfast was one of the saddest hotel breakfasts I’ve ever seen. Everything was horrible, and I would’ve brushed it off if I hadn’t ended up with bed bugs too. Disgusting place.

Really enjoyed our stay there...the room was lovely...breakfast was really good. Front desk folks were very helpful and personable...Would go back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to Worcester where we were visiting and the room was nice and one of the cheapest ones that was still quite nice for only two days notice. It was a bit inconvenient at night when we wanted snacks that there was no vending machines on any floor, only ice, so you had to go to the front desk for them. But the man at the front desk was very nice and easygoing. Overall it was a good stay.

Rooms were clean and modern, hotel was in a quiet area. Pool is closed which was not advertised on the website. Booked for $169 on booking.com. Was emailed a receipt and realized once we got back home that the hotel overcharged for the room. Called them to try and resolve the issue- Vicky was very short and rude. Stated that she could not help me with this. Luckily was able to call booking.com customer service and they very kindly got the issue resolved for me. Other than that had a decent experience.
