Once you find this location and get to it. The features are great it is limited access because in order to get to it, you have to go west on 20 to enter. Once inside, the place is very inviting and welcoming staff. The food is impressive and a good place to get a quick lunch or come for dinner. However, one key flaw this place has to advertise more or get the word out that you are there. Being on the south west side of Auburn, people from Worcester or travelers will never know a still great chili's is even there.

The day before I visited the Chili’s in Leominster, I ate at the Chili’s in Auburn. I hadn’t been in a Chili’s in years! I ordered the same thing both times, but, as the saying goes, one of these things is not like the other. I ordered the bacon chicken quesadilla both times. In Auburn it was GREAT. It was beautifully presented, crispy, and with lots of filling. The next day in Leominster I was served a mess! It looked thrown on the plate. The accompanying lettuce and pico looked wilted and old. There was hardly any filling and it was not evenly distributed and the quesadilla was cut up helter-skelter and not very cooked. Some triangles were tiny and not even stuck together since there was almost no filling. If I had gotten this version of the dish first, I would never have returned to Chilis again. Leominster gets 3 stars for the good service, but even the service in Auburn was better. Both places were equally busy and only moderately at that, so that’s no excuse. Should I try a third location and see what the norm is?

Chilli's isn't the best restaurant, but it's the best of the chains. The food is consistent good, the service varies but it was OK at this location. We had the nachos, which were still good, but still not on par with a few years ago. We also had the BBQ wings, which were mediocre.

Loved the food, it was really delicious and more than enough. Also they had great promotions, in food and also in beverage. The service was ok. Their margaritas are absolutely amazing.
