This morning I got a burnt croissant and a half full coffee, which sucked. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt before leaving a bad review but I have a long day ahead of me and this just gave it a bad start when it was supposed to be a treat.

There are baristas there that I've known longer than we've had our kids. I can count the number of times I've had an incorrect order on one hand, and in those rare cases, it's usually a case of a new employee and it was quick to be fixed. Always a pleasure, thanks for the job well done

Really nice, fast, and good service, but a few things were missing from our drinks (whipped cream on one and java chips in another) and we didn't realize until after we left, but in their defense, my kids like to order REALLY complicated drinks from the Starbucks 'Secret Menu' so...
