I would give 10 stars if I could. Ive had some pretty bad experiences In the past but not this time.. Jeff was my sales Guy but everyone was great. I got the car I wanted at the price and payment I wanted. No mark ups and even a rebate off msrp. The staff was extremely friendly and professional and fast. No hanging around waiting. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Brought my Palisade in for service and was greeted by a friendly service advisor. She went over everything involved in the service, including my cost. Service was completed quickly and always includes a complimentary vacuum and wash. A pleasant change from previous experiences with car dealerships.

We recently bought a used car at Herb Chambers Hyundai for our son to commute to school. It was a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with +/- 95K miles. Great condition. After about a month of smooth driving, he had an unexpected stalling event. We thought it was an electrical issue, so we're took it back to the Auburn store for service. We were a little nervous, electrical issues are usually not easy to find and they are not cheap. We met Jimmy, our Service Advisor, and he helped us feel comfortable with the work they were going to do. He went over how they were going diagnose the problem, broke down the approximate costs and let us know about how much time it would take. We followed up with them at the end of the day. They found some issues, replaced some parts went over all the repairs with us. In the end, Jimmy and the Service Team did a fantastic job at a cost that was a lot lower than we expected. Great Team, great service. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn as a place to buy a used ( or new) car.

Probably overpriced and they will pressure you to take the deal
I turn the key, everything but the engine turns on, have to wait almost 1/2 hr before it turns on! So frustrating
