The rooms are spacious but a bit outdated and "damp". The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the AM was above average for a hotel of this level. This is a cheaper option than stopping in Worcester with easy access on and off the highway.

This was THE dirtiest, most filthy, and run-down hotel I have ever seen in my life. For $160/night I was shocked. Countless stains everywhere, hair in the bathtub with mold, crust behind the sink, dirt and grime in every corner like it was barely vaccummed. When I moved the chair, there was a used facemask on the ground behind it. Absolutely disgusting. NEVER COME HERE!!

As soon as I get to my hotel rooms, I always do the "bedbug check" by lifting the mattress to check a seam & take a quick look at the box spring. The good news is, I didn't see any bedbugs. The bad news--I didn't spend much time looking because when I lifted the upper corner of the mattress to check, I found a crusty, dirty white tube sock stuffed between the mattress & box spring. Yup. I dropped the mattress back down pretty quickly. :( I can't remember the room number for sure, but it either 310, 311 or 312. The sock is very likely still there. π

Rooms are clean and comfortable. I asked for a room not across from the freeway, they didn't assign me a different room, hear highway traffic all night. The only warm item for breakfast is a waffle or coffee. The only protein is a hard boiled eggs. Everything else is all carbohydrates.

As a frequent flyer to this hotel for work, this place appears pet friendly. The hotel was just sold and is under new management, but I haven't seen any change to this policy.
