I've been to ALOT of gyms while traveling for work. I belong to similar 24/7 gym like Anytime, but this Gym is AMAZING! From your standard equipment to crossfit equipment, this gym has it all. Highly recommend it to locals and travelers.

They do have trainer but you will have to schedule a time when to meet with one. As far as I know there is no walk in training but at most locations the members are friendly and will help when asked. I can relate I'm a otr truck driver as well
