Great service, usually quick. Very professional. My experience is always great. I keep going back. They are respectful, they keep you informed throughout the whole process. They make sure if it’s gonna take a while they come up to your car personally. The prices are a little high but no complaints otherwise.

I was satisfied with my first experience with them for an oil change, so when I needed another one I returned to them. They’re also right on my way home from work which is convenient for me. And when I pulled in there was only one other person there. So I pulled right up and got in and out so fast!

While giving me an over-priced $100+ oil change, Jiffy Lube workers told me that my oil sensor wire had been cut and told me to go to the dealership. Volkswagen told me that they have seen this numerous times where oil-change shops will rip a wire out while doing an oil change, and then intentionally cut it off to divert blame. So now I am out over $200 to get the entire sensor fixed. I would like this looked into and I want to be reimbursed for the money I’ve had to spend. This is unacceptable.
