Pretty tired of this store always without delivery drivers. Beyond frustrating to order online to then be called and told there isn't a driver.

Constantly fails to deliver orders, and half the time won’t call you to let you know and will let you just sit and wait for over an hour. Tonight I placed an order close to closing time, which the app allowed me to do, for pickup as I only live a few minutes away, and headed that way. I chose to pay in store because I planned to give them $40 cash for my order that was less than $10 due to a coupon from a previous mess up, to make it up to them for the late order. I pulled up before closing and the staff was walking out. I showed them my completed order on my phone that showed in progress, and asked if they had made it or not. They replied “no were closed” and got in their car. No apology, no remorse, no customer service whatsoever. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others do so as well. Dominos has gone off the deep end.

I have never been able to successfully place a delivery order here. im not emailing anyone. If you cant staff your store properly then stop offering delivery as an option

EVERY TIME I have ordered from them other than the deep dish pizza there are problems with the food. For one u can't get anyone to answer the phone half the time and I order EXTRA cheese toppings and meat on my sandwiches and there literally is nothing on my sandwiches. U pay for extra and get nothing, not even what's supposed to be on it. We travel for my husband's work and to be honest ohio of all places is the only dominos I would ever go to again. These places are a joke. But this one especially
