Not enough cheese and super supreme doesn't have enough veggies like should have.I'm always disappointed with the orders.i even tried different locations maybe to see if any good but they all the samsame I guess.

This is getting old. We ordered medium size pizzas and keep receiving small pizzas (less than 12 inches). No one helped at this location and could not tell me for a fact that the order was small, medium or large. Except the cashier started mentioning how many slices came with the pizzas.

Early evening (7:30 pm)12/30/2021 I ordered via my Pizza Hut app., from the Sycamore School Rd. Location. I actually had tried calling it in twice previously... (This was our 3rd attempt) to place an order for delivery. I ordered 2 taste makers, (That's 2 large 3 topping pizzas) including a tip and their freakin delivery charge for a total of $32.04. Within minutes (7:31) I received a notification our food was being prepared. At 8:10 pm I received another notification that our food was out for delivery. At 8:30 pm I called (we live less than 5 minutes from this Pizza Hut) and was told our order had left for delivery at "8:25 pm!" (8:10 or 8:25?)Very interesting indeed. At 8:45 I called again! I received the same response verbatim... At 9:05 pm approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes after ordering, our pizzas arrived! The driver explained that they were short a driver and apologized for taking so long to get to us. The pizza was beyond cold ( the box would've tasted better) I called the store to complain (having given them the benefit of doubt up to this point), When the woman/girl who answered realized our order had finally been delivered, she said "you got your pizza, thank you, goodnight," and hung up! Excellent customer service! It took 3 attempts calling the 800 number to get someone I could understand... This person took my complaint, said I would receive a refund apologized repeatedly and hung up. Fast forward 4 days... I have received several apologetic emails with promises of a phone call from the general manager and a refund. So far neither has happened. I will contact my bank to reverse the charge... I apologize for my wordiness here. I really just wanted to convey the message that Pizza Hut, especially the Sycamore School rd location in Fort Worth, does not produce acceptable food or customer service. They apparently have no accountability within their company. This is not my 1st bad experience with them but it is definitely my last! Updated 1/6/2022. I received an answer from the “owner,” apologizing for my experience, and asking me to provide a few details about the incident, my name, my email address and phone number…. It was an automated response, as all of the requested information had already been provided…. Definetly stay away from this location….

Normally I love Pizza Hut but what I got tonight was very dry and very cold. The crust was hard as a rock. It was like it was made for another order but not picked up. Then set aside until it could be used. From the time the text said it was out for delivery until I received it was about 30 minutes. I am very close to the store it was delivered from.
