As i write this review i think about all the emotions and all adversity i was facing in 2020 when i got hit with a 2nd offense oui and to make it even worse it was by a park ranger which made it a federal case, i felt down on my luck and i knew i needed an attorney if i had any chances of fighting this case so i went on google and came across nate amedolas law firm and contacted him to represent me and right from the beginning he made me feel comfortable and at ease during the time i had got laid off from work due to covid and he still was willing to work with me until i figured out my financial situation fast forward to 2022 theyre offering me 1 year probation and everything else that comes with a 2nd offense nate suggested we take it to trial and at first i really didnt think it was a good idea they had me on camera admitted to drinking and admitted to having a couple beers that night but some how nate felt that we had a chance so i listened to him and followed his direction i dont wanna drag this review but im happy to say he help me beat this second offense and i was aquitted of the oui charges this guy is a phenomenal lawyer and person! and if i was ever in any trouble again i wouldnt want anybody else to represent me. Thanks nate we did it 💪🏿 🏆

I was in a place that I didn’t know how to get out of over this past winter. Nate Amendola was personally there for me and his team was there right from the beginning. I was facing a Restraining Order with unknown criminal charges shortly thereafter. I have kids and I’m married so this was all related to my marriage. Was out of my home and everything including my freedom was at stake. He told me that everything was going to be alright. Unlike other lawyers I’ve had in the past. I believed him. He talked me through the reality of it and that things were going to be tough but ,“that we would get through it .” Not only did we get through it. Everything he said would happen for the better ended up happening. He offered me several ways to cope with the stress and mange my emotions in a healthy way. My case is completely done now and he called and asked to leave a review. So this isn’t one of those fake reviews. I run a small carpentry business and I know what it means to develop relationships with my customers. It’s important to me to trust my customers and also that they are able to trust me. I was able to fully trust him and his team the whole time. I highly recommend Nate Amendola and his team any day of the week. He’s more than a lawyer. He’s a family man like myself. I consider him a friend . I hope someone reading this will make the right choice that I’m so grateful I ended up making in choosing Nate.

I consult with Nate regularly on criminal defense matters. Brilliant, client focused criminal attorney who is amazing in the courtroom. I would trust this man with my future if I was charged with a crime. In my opinion, you can too.

A Clerk Magistrate Hearing, sometimes called a show cause hearing, may be used in misdemeanor cases such as OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, property damage, shoplifting, or larceny. Instead of a formal arrest, a private hearing is scheduled to determine whether there is sufficient probable cause to proceed with a criminal case.
Probable cause is the legal standard that a police officer needs to reach to make an arrest. Law officers can use any number of factors to decide whether there is probable cause to make an arrest for domestic violence, including claims made by witnesses or the alleged victim.
