The facility is great. Equipment maintained and always clean and neat. Just way too many members and it makes the place unrealistic to actually work out in. Is happily part twice as much if they reduced to membership count by 30%

The gym/equipment itself is great, I have some issues with how they get you to sign a membership. I specifically said I don’t want to sign a 1 year contract, and the employee said “okay no problem” next thing you know I get the email saying that I agreed to the contract and I’m required to pay 12 months and a 50 dollar fee which they didn’t mention. I think it’s a little scummy how they do things.

Don’t know about all those reviews, but I’ve been going to this gym for almost a year, about the membership thing, whenever you sign up you make a contract with the gym that you cannot cancel the membership for the first year, and if you try to do so, are charged a fee. About staff, I have no idea what these people are talking about they are super sweet and nice, you just gotta have the right attitude and expectation, don’t expect them to be your slaves or servants, and some workers come with certain qualifications, not all workers are gonna know where the specific machine you want is, and etc. About the review of entering the room only for trainers, maybe it was a misunderstanding and the way you responded to them was probably moody and rude. These reviews are one sided and come from stupid people sometimes who don’t like to reason or understand.
