I am so unhappy with Stop and Shop on Fenn Rd in Newington. I decided to pick up a few packs of the easy cook package rice. I noticed they had a few different sizes on sale; 4 for $5 so I choose 4packs of the flavors I like in different sizes. Got to the register where the price didn't ring correctly so I called for assistance and explained to the attendant it didn't ring up as 4for $5. He told me to go get him the price; I told him that's not possible because the price cannot be removed, and if he can just check the price to be sure. He said he is busy and can't at the moment. I asked for the supervisor this is where another clerk came instead. Her name is Tori she checked, then came back and said the 4 for $5 that I selected were incorrect. ( At this point I walk with her back to where the items were located.) I showed her the two different sizes each had the 4/$5 and if it's not correct then this is on the store, I showed her where she saw the items exactly how I explained. "I said to her I don't work here, therefore, it's not my fault if things aren't set up correctly", I then asked for her supervisor (again). Finally the supv. Theresa came over and we explained to her the issue. She started to reorganize the items on the shelf to put them inorder and said "items sometimes get put in the wrong places". (Honesty this is totally understandable but that's on the store not me.) Theresa asked if I want them and I said yes for the price they said before. She then told Tori to void them because the price is not what she said. Let me say my cart had over $100 dollars worth of groceries. But, it was disappointing how they were acting as if I was lying and wanted a free discount. I am a regular customer at stop and shop, I felt as if I was begging which was unfair.

This was fantastic! My daughter and I had stomach flu and desperately needed supplies, including anti-nausea meds! My daughter actually thought about it and ordered the first drop off when I started getting sick too! It was soooo helpful! Best service ever! ( :

I wanna say I love it I really do ordered 3 times first two came no problems but this 3rd one was just a headache can’t blame the company just the staff I’m very disappointed like truly they dropped off 200 hundred dollars worth of groceries to the wrong door they didn’t even call to make sure it was the right adress very disappointed in this transaction like what if I didn’t catch it in time someone would just have my things and I’m just cheeked out no sir can’t be me like I said peapod is good just follow simple directions that’s all I ask truly. I hope this helps people just make sure they know to call you
