I believe to cross state lines all horses are supposed to have a health papers and coggins in general. Little Lusk has never asked for proof

Not sure if my answer was sent,, So no sorry they only have accommodations for horse owners to ride and camp. Not sure who, other than maybe dixon springs riding stables may still. They weren't best years back but did work out for us before our horse purchase. From your location u might not but Wranglers at LBL Land Between The Lakes does have good set up for that. Havnt personally rented their horses but rest of camp is awesome. Trails are wide and not too intense. Both of these places are guided as well. Hope all goes well..!
