I have no complaints about the cashiers, they are always friendly, willing to help you or get someone that can if you need help & they do everything they possibly can to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. The only suggestion I have would be to make sure you check the dates on everything you buy at Grocery Outlet because I purchased this flour without checking the date and it had expired last year. I am sure they don't usually stock items that are expired but mistakes happen so just be sure to check the dates so you don't spend money on stuff that you have to throw away. Losing money this way is never a good thing to happen especially if you don't have it to spare. Just wanted to share my experience so that hopefully it will help others to not have the same experience.

Very poor selection in groceries. Very hit and miss when it comes to specific items that should be normally stocked at any grocery store. Gives me the feel of when Walmart started and brought in overruns with no specific reason except price. However, Grocery Outlet is pricey.

This place is awesome! Great prices and you don't have to walk a mile to find what you need. Staff is helpful and very friendly. It's our go to store.

Former employee. Working at Grocery Outlet started out great. I was told there was open communication, questions were welcomed, and safety was priority. I was shown around the store and introduced to people, and started catching on to the routine. Things started to go downhill when I realized I wasn't being trained by a manager, or even a supervisor. I was being trained by an employee. Whenever I asked for help from the manager, I was constantly told to just get help from that empty. Everything was "figure it out yourself". I had a stalker for the last couple years, who has followed me through 3 jobs and tried to get me fired at all of them. I saw him in the store while I was passing by an isle, and he asked me for help for one of the products. I simply said (freaked out but trying to stay professional) "I'm not comfortable helping you." And walked away. The only reason I didn't make a scene is because I really needed the job, and I was terrified he'd try to get me fired. Next day, I was fired. Yes, the managers chose my stalker (apparently they loved him being a regular customer more than caring about their employees safety) to win this one. They said that on their side, all they saw was me "refusing" to help a customer, and since I was just starting out on the probationary period, it was reason enough for them to fire me, even though I had let them know ahead of time about the situation. It blows my mind that ANY business would do this, especially one that promotes it's "family" and "open communication". I would not recommend working here, ever.

Plexiglass barriers are good. Sometimes free masks at the front but they have ran out, as well as wipes and hand sanitizer No idea on the cleaning of the store Haven't seen masks strickly enforced in any stores in Anderson or Redding but most all have signs for masks posted

Why don't you have your girlfriend go to the store herself and ask for an application. That will show her as able to work and more self-reliant than someone else doing the job seeking experience for her.

I usually write a check at the grocery outlet in Redding can i do the same at the Anderson location. This anderson store is closer to
