The shops that are still there are okay (except for the Vans store, which is "great deals, great service, every day, all the time!!!"), but there's too many empty spots & too many spots (like Boot Barn) that are priced "double or higher" instead of "factory outlet" prices.

I would go to the visitors center there and ask them for info. It's the separate building at the end of gateway. They should be able to answer all your questions.
I do agree Walmart has its winter stock time to go get some at a reasonable price
