Waste Management (Now WM) - Anderson Landfill

I don't understand this company. I pay them to pick up my trash, recycling, and green waste. One of those things happen regularly. It takes 4-8 weeks for the other two to happen even though it's supposed to be every other week. Am I missing something? All my neighbors get theirs picked up, and my bill is current. Is there some special trash club secret I'm not understanding?

I showed up with a full truckload at 3:27 (on the iPhone) and this place had already closed even though it said right on their fence that they close at 3:30. I called the number of The Weigh House and the lady that answered tried to tell me that it said 3:33 on her clock and therefore they had every right to close. Thanks for nothing. Super disappointing.

I feel these people discriminate on what neighborhoods get a surcharge for an over filled container. Out lid was up about 4 inches on one corner. And they charged us a surcharge. The high end neighborhood we just moved from nobody gets a surcharge. We just bought this new house 1 month ago and the only letter we were told we regularly overfilled our container. But this was only our second dump. Very hard to get ahold of them by phone I have tried 3-4 times and Can not reach them.

i really would like someone at the company to read my SAME comments. it would be great to get a weekly email reminder of what is being picked up. or at the very least send out a yearly calendar. …Our team strives to deliver an excellent experience, Geri Beri!
