I won’t lie…ShipMonk pretty much sucks. the warehouse always loses my items, but when someone finally answers the phone Tyaira is always helping me. She’s really straight forward and doesn’t like to beat around the bush like some other agents. She gets to the point quickly and she responds to my emails quickly.

Fraudulent company. They charged us 10x the shipping weight and took us for a ride over 3 months saying that they will review and refund us. Never happened. We're losing money on each sale due to the exorbitant costs, so we can't advertise our product. Meanwhile they kept charging us for falling below the minimum service cost since we can't raise our volume due to the negative ROI. Our product is 0.1" thick per set. They charge us 2.2" in thickness because their bubble mailer is "2 inches thick". They even want to convince us that our client's thumb could approximate 2" thick when we sent in the photo evidence. Do not work with them unless you want your thriving business to die. I've reported them to NIST for grossly breaking Federal laws on weights and measure. If you notice, the 5 star reviews are all written by people with less than 5 reviews in their history or they're ex-staff.

Terrible. Especially Josh Callaway (who is, sadly, an untrustworthy, manipulative guy). We've spent months trying to dispose of product and put the account on hold, and it's mind-blowingly difficult. Backstory: communication with Shipmonk is terrible (many of the Happiness Engineers will leave you profoundly Unhappy), so I spent weeks trying to get in touch with a supervisor who could do something other than refer me to a "helpful article online." Got Josh Callaway. Josh was full of promises about how he'd be in touch and help. Then we didn't hear for a month. Finally tracked him down and he said he hadn't been in touch because he was "busy" and "on vacation." Direct quote. And it's only gone downhill from there. Unreal.
