I've never been accused of thought before, until visiting this location. Went into raleys and got pretzels, than went around to safeway for more grocery shopping. Walked through eating my raleys purchased pretzels that safeway didnt even sell... When I didnt find anything that appealed to me for cooking for dinner, decided to leave. On my way out, the store started asking me to pay for the pretzels. I asked them if they were accusing me of theft and they immediately told me never to come back. Called management the next day and they told me to go ahead and come back and theyd give me an apology and a stupid little gift card. I wanted to talk anyways so I decided to come back... when I did the management wasnt there and the cashiers all started telling people I was a thief. well, thats just rude as hell.

Every time I get fish from here it's the consistency of toothpaste. After a terrible experience I've spent the last four years doing my best to avoid this place. So much so that I will drive from RP to the West College location for groceries except when in a pinch. And I regret it EVERY TIME.

Between Friends

This is the worse Safeway store in the county. The woman working in the produce section rudely dismissed my question about the expiration date for a walnuts bag. The loose garlic is supposed to be labelled with the country of origin according to the law, and it is not. The store is disorganized, with the same category items in several places. Eg., water or soda bottles can be on the beverages aisle, or in various other places throughtout the store, you never know where exactly to look. Chances of finding someone who works there to help you are slim to none. It's also the least likely Safeway store where you can find items in high demand, such as the Saturday sampler, or items on sale. I usually drive to one of the Safeway stores in Santa Rosa to make sure I find what I need.
