Our room was really gross. The things I found include approximately 10 black hairs (nobody in my family has black hair) spread throughout the room, in the beds and in the bathroom, a live spider crawling inside my bath towel, and mold in the fridge. The carpet felt gross underneath my feet, as though it was long overdue for a cleaning. The curtains were nowhere near blackout curtains and there was a florescent light outside our window that was so bright, my son kept asking why we were going to bed in the middle of the day. There was no hope of darkness. We were able to hear every noise outside of our hotel room door. People were running up and down the hallway, yelling and laughing, all night long. Someone lit off fireworks in the parking lot sometime after midnight and we were able to hear their interactions with police. We got hardly any sleep and the sleep we did get was relentlessly interrupted. I did not feel safe here at all. We tried to swim in the pool, which was a nice temperature, but there was a couple drinking beer in glass bottles next to the pool which I'm surprised was allowed. They decided to go for a drunk swim in their undergarments, which hotel staff did not interrupt and which ended mine and my son's swim abruptly. The service wasn't terrible at all. We just didn't really ask for much from them, so all I really have to judge them on is the cleanliness and the things they allowed of other hotel guests. I was really disappointed in my experience, particularly since the good reviews are the reason I chose this hotel. I would never visit this hotel again.

I will start by saying that staff are very friendly. Rooms are ok! However, the downside is that they are not cleaned daily I was here for a week and they did not changed the bed sheets during my staying. The positive side is that they alway left clean towels. I did had an issue with my door, and it took them 2 shots before the issue was resolved. Another downside is that they are near a gas station where allot of homeless people visit and well noises can be an issue at night.

Not a bad hotel at all for the cost. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, albeit a tad small. Rooms looked like they had recently been renovated with modern appointments and colors. The grounds are very nice, didn’t use the pool, but several guests were enjoying it. The young lady at the front desk was very upbeat and friendly. One thing I didn’t like was that my husband and I had a room with just a twin bed and only one night table, a tad inconvenient - we had booked a room with a king bed. As they were sold out, we had to take what room they had left. Pillows were hard as rocks, very uncomfortable to sleep on. There were only 2 towels in the room, which is an inconvenience for 2 adults, and the soap was a tiny sliver. We went over to Target and bought a bar of soap and shampoo. I would advise bringing your own toiletries as what is provided is woefully inadequate Guest next door was standing on the second floor leaning over the railing on her phone, speaking in a very loud voice at 6 am! Not the hotel’s fault, some people are just inconsiderate and rude. Overall the place is clean, and ok for one night’s stay.

Where do I begin with this review, first off, the host was kind and seemed genuinely interested about the guests which was a great start. I checked into my room which was a short walk, another plus. The grounds looked well manicured and clean. When I entered the room it was clean but dated on further inspection one of the beds had a duster that had a suspicious stain. The hook in the bathroom where you hang towels was broken and the iron cord would not stay extended. So if you stay here you should also be aware that at night you will see the homeless hanging out. Shopping and restaurants are close and Taco Bell and Burger King are feet away. You get what you pay for.

Unfortunately not. But it's walkable. There's also an in & out burger and several other food options within walking distance. The taxi ride will cost you around $10 before tip, so go uber if you don't mind it.

When the pandemic was coming to its end the first time, they were remodeling the dining area to be able to serve breakfast. Haven't been there since but apparently no breakfast yet.
