Motel 6 Rohnert Park, CA

I travel for work and this is by far one of the worst. Not expecting anything grand it’s a motel 6 but I go to check in and there is a guy on the phone practically yelling behind the counter so I have to keep repeating what I’m saying to the guy trying to sign me in. They let me check in early which was nice. I go to my room and somebody has their dogs off leash in the hall. Currently housekeeping is yelling directly outside of my door to somebody. There is no WiFi so I call the desk to ask about it. They guy says he has no influence over the internet and to wait 30 minutes. Well you advertise internet and pay for it so I ask if he can reboot the router and he instantly says no I already did that. So I ask when and he says 30 minutes ago. So I ask if this just keeps happening every 30 minutes or what and he says no. Makes no sense just giving the runaround. Meanwhile the guy that was yelling on the phone had multiple computers going in the office unrelated to the hotel and I’m sure his was working. I’ve stayed in 5 hotels just this week traveling and this is hands down a waste of money will not be staying. Beds like rocks and 50 year old flat pillows

I had a great stay here over the weekend! My room was cleaner than other places I’ve been and the staff were very nice! I recommend if your in the area.

Acceptable by Motel 6 standards, room was clean and unremarkable either way. Electrical outlet or USB port by the bed would have been nice. Bed was not bad. There was a Starbucks and Black Bear Diner next door and plenty of other options near by. Other guest were not a problem and the place was mostly full

Small rooms. Close to fwy and shopping. Front desk attendant wasn't very friendly at first, we left to look for a different place but everything was booked so we went back. Attendant was a little more friendlier. Didn't know there was coffee until we checked out and was leaving. The soap in the bathroom was opened and looked like it was used. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's the only place with vacancy and you desperately need a place.
