Bought a headlight. Matt the manager said he wasn't happy with the condition of the packaging and said if I had any problems (outside of the year warranty) to come back and immediately get it replaced. He even helped me install it. Amazing customer care and service.

Horrible. Stood at the dealer counter for 9 minutes, watching all the employees avoid eye contact. No one would help me. So I spoke up..and immediately got told the internet wasn't working, and then he started to look up the part...but cot confused. This is why I stopped using this location and pulled my buisness from it. I am greatly disappointed at how far they have fallen from good service.

I think you can get some tools for a fee. That fee, I believe is refunded on return. They want you to but parts through them. Still a ptetty good deal for a tool you may only need once.
