I think you can get some tools for a fee. That fee, I believe is refunded on return. They want you to but parts through them. Still a ptetty good deal for a tool you may only need once.
Not hand tools, but speciality tools. You pay the price for the rental plus tax, then when you return it you get the price plus tax back
I think they do. Not sure how it works though
