I received an email back from them. This is what was said. "I apologize for the delay as we experienced a major system failure that we are working around the clock to fix. At this time we cannot process orders, returns, nor quotes. We will be up and running as normal as soon as possible Thank you and we apologize for this inconvenience."

It is believed they have gone out of business. Contacting local businesses in next to them have all indicated that there is no one and no activity at their location. Besides that - no phone numbers work, website is gone and reps are no longer approachable.
