Senior living? More like a prison. Several people that have lived here, have had relatives that lived here. Have told me not to move in here. They come into your apartment without any announcement. They control you, it's very bad. They tell you what to say to certain people. It's not good. These are some of the things perfect strangers have told me. Without provocation! So in my opinion I would never! live there. And I'm in a situation where I am homeless. You figure it out.

Questions & Answers

How do I get Application for this Housing in Everett, MA

Call the Mystic Valley Elder Services. They have the applications for all the subsidized apartments for our area. Social workers assist with the paperwork Also tell you, don't call them for info on the list One of the larger buildings is in Malden and two or three other buildings. The Everett Villa Building is one of about five buildings There is a waiting period for all the buildings. Most have you wait six months The Villa Co OP has a three year waiting period All the applications are sent to an agency in Malden.[ CSI]. This is the regular procedure Might be emergency housing conditions, not sure.
